Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting, usually held late October/early November.  A Director serves for a 2 year term and can be elected for 2 consecutive terms.   Approximately half of the board is elected each year, with a minimum of 5 Directors serving at any time.

The Board meets prior to each general meeting, usually at 5:30 pm on the first Monday of the month.  During the summer months and December, they may meet at another time and place.  Please check the calendar for more details.
